Training and Competition Plan

  • Full year Programming

  • Biweekly practice for 2-3 hours during the fall season

  • 3-4 tournaments and or showcases during the fall season

  • 90 Minutes hitting sessions weekly during the winter season

  • 3 hour Sunday practices for 6-9 weeks during the winter season

  • 3-4 "Combine Weeks"  during winter season that include guest NCAA coaches to increase exposure

  • 1-2 days per week practice during the summer season, including practices with guest coaches

  • 5-6 summer showcases and/or tournaments including major showcases nationally for 16/18u teams
